General

  • EuroRefurb is a refurbished electronics store focused on graded phones, tablets, laptops, wearables, and accessories. We make condition choices clear so customers can buy refurbished tech with more confidence.

  • EuroRefurb is based at Linge 13, 2491BZ Den Haag, Netherlands, and works with fulfilment and logistics partners based on product availability and destination. Your order confirmation and shipping updates provide the most relevant details for a specific order.

  • Grades describe cosmetic condition and expected functional checks. Product pages may show Premium, Good, Fair, or similar options depending on the device. Always review the selected condition before adding to cart.

  • Use the contact page, WhatsApp, or email trade@eurorefurb.com with your order number where available. For product questions, include the model, condition, storage, and colour you are considering.

Payments

  • Available payment methods depend on the providers configured in the Medusa backend and the destination country. Checkout will show the methods currently enabled for your cart.

  • After a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. We will confirm the refund path and any reference details when the case is approved.

  • For some orders we may ask for payment proof to match the payment to the order, prevent fraud, or resolve provider delays. Information you share is used for reconciliation and support.

Warranty

  • Warranty depends on the product, grade, destination, and order terms shown at purchase. The order confirmation is the source of truth for the specific device you bought.

    • Functional faults covered by warranty must be reported with order details and evidence.
    • Cosmetic expectations follow the grade selected at checkout.
    • Accidental damage, liquid damage, tampering, and unauthorized repair may be excluded.
  • Brand-new or sealed SKUs may follow manufacturer warranty rules for the relevant region and channel. EuroRefurb will not override the manufacturer's own eligibility rules.

  • Accessory coverage varies by SKU. Product pages or order support can confirm whether an accessory has a limited warranty, functional warranty, or is sold as-is.

Pricing

  • Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. Prices can vary by model, condition, storage, colour, and current availability. Your selected options determine the price shown on the product page and cart.

  • Refurbished inventory changes quickly. Price may move when condition, storage, region, promotion, or backend inventory changes. The cart and checkout show the latest available total.

  • Product prices include VAT. Shipping, import duties, customs fees, and local charges can still depend on destination and checkout configuration; where these are not calculated upfront, support will confirm the next step before fulfilment.

Orders

  • Choose a product, select condition and options, add it to cart, then complete checkout. EuroRefurb now supports retail checkout, so one item is enough to place an order.

  • Contact support as soon as possible with your order reference. If the order has not entered fulfilment, we may be able to update address details or selected options.

  • Cancellation depends on fulfilment status. If picking, packing, or shipping has already started, cancellation may not be possible and the return process may apply instead.

Support

  • Email trade@eurorefurb.com or use the contact page with your order reference, product details, and a clear description of the issue. Photos or short videos help us review damage, wrong-item, or condition concerns.

  • We review your order details, selected condition, fulfilment record, and evidence. Depending on the case, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement, repair handling, refund, or return instructions.

  • Report delivery damage, DOA, or condition concerns as soon as you notice them. Some issues have a short claim window, especially when courier evidence is required.

Shipping

  • Delivery time depends on product availability, destination, courier service, payment status, and fulfilment cut-off times. Order confirmation and tracking updates provide the clearest estimate.

  • Shipping fees depend on destination, package size, service level, and enabled shipping options. Checkout shows available shipping information where configured.

  • Import tax, duties, or customs fees depend on destination rules and the shipping service. These charges may be collected at checkout or by the carrier depending on configuration.

  • When tracking is available, EuroRefurb or the shipping provider will share the tracking reference after dispatch.

Returns

  • RMA means Return Merchandise Authorisation. It is the approval and instruction process for sending an item back for inspection, replacement, repair handling, refund, or other resolution.

  • Contact support with your order reference, product details, serial or IMEI where relevant, and evidence. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the next steps.

  • Return timing depends on shipping time, inspection queue, and the resolution type. We will update you after the returned item is received and inspected.
