EuroRefurb ships refurbished electronics using the delivery options available for your order and destination. Final delivery details are confirmed during checkout or order review.

Delivery options
Available shipping methods depend on destination, product availability, item value, carrier availability, and the shipping options configured in Medusa. Checkout should show the available delivery options before payment where technically supported.
Delivery time
Product pages and order confirmations may show estimated dispatch or delivery timing. If no specific time is agreed, EU consumer rules generally expect delivery within 30 days. Contact us if a delivery estimate changes materially.
Shipping costs
Product prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout where available. If a route requires manual confirmation, we will contact you before fulfilment. Any import duties, customs fees, or local charges depend on destination and shipping setup.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided when available from the selected shipping provider. Tracking scans may update after carrier handoff and may not show movement immediately.
Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and recipient details. Contact us quickly if an address needs correction before dispatch.
Damage, loss, and missing parcels
Report visible transport damage, missing contents, or a suspected lost parcel as soon as possible at trade@eurorefurb.com. Keep the packaging, labels, and photos so the carrier claim can be reviewed.
Risk transfer
For consumer orders, risk generally transfers when the goods are delivered to you or a person you designate, unless you arrange a carrier independently outside our offered delivery options.
