This policy explains consumer withdrawal, return handling, legal guarantee rights, and commercial warranty support for refurbished electronics sold by EuroRefurb.

14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer ordering online, you generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Tell us clearly by email before the period expires. Some legal exceptions may apply, for example for sealed items that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene or health reasons, or other excluded product types.
How to exercise withdrawal
Email trade@eurorefurb.com with your order number, name, address, product, and a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract. You may use this wording: “I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [product/order number], ordered on [date] and received on [date].”
Return address and approval
Do not send items back without instructions. We will confirm the return route and reference. The company address is Linge 13, 2491BZ Den Haag, Netherlands, but some returns may need to go to a logistics, repair, or inspection partner.
Return costs and condition
Unless we offered to pay return costs or failed to inform you before purchase, you may need to pay the direct cost of returning goods under withdrawal rules. You are responsible for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product as you would in a shop.
Refund timing
Where withdrawal is valid, we refund eligible payments without undue delay and normally within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until goods are received back or you provide proof of return shipment, unless we arranged collection.
Legal guarantee
EU consumer rules provide a legal guarantee when goods are faulty or not as described. For second-hand goods bought from a professional seller, consumer protection still applies. Where local law allows a shorter agreed period for second-hand goods, it must be clearly stated before purchase and must not be less than one year. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Commercial warranty support
Any commercial warranty shown on a product page or order confirmation is additional support and does not replace statutory rights. Warranty support may exclude accidental damage, liquid damage, tampering, unauthorized repair, misuse, consumables beyond stated condition, or defects caused after delivery.
RMA and evidence
For DOA, wrong item, delivery damage, cosmetic disputes, or warranty claims, contact support with photos or video, serial/IMEI where relevant, packaging photos, and a description. Approved returns must follow the RMA instructions and packaging rules we provide.
