Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to browsing, account use, retail checkout, delivery, returns, warranty handling, and support on EuroRefurb. Specific written order terms apply only where they do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Website use
You may use this site to browse refurbished electronics, create an account, place retail orders, request support, or apply as a supplier. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit false information, or use content without permission.
Products and condition
Products are refurbished, pre-owned, open-box, or graded unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product pages describe available condition grades, storage, colour, battery, SIM, accessories, and other options. Representative images help browsing; the selected condition and order confirmation control the purchase.
Prices, VAT, and delivery costs
Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT. Delivery costs, import duties, customs charges, and any payment fees are shown during checkout where technically available or confirmed before fulfilment.
Orders and payment obligation
By pressing the checkout button that confirms payment, you place an order with an obligation to pay. Orders may require payment authorization, stock allocation, fraud review, or address verification before dispatch. We may reject or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, or legal restrictions apply.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within the timeframe shown on the product page or order confirmation. If no specific delivery time is agreed, EU consumer rules generally expect delivery within 30 days. Delivery delays caused by carriers, address issues, customs, payment review, or force majeure may affect timing.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers ordering online generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract from the day goods are delivered, subject to legal exceptions. See Returns & Warranty for instructions, return costs, condition requirements, and the model withdrawal wording.
Legal guarantee and warranty
EU consumer law gives consumers a legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. This applies to second-hand goods bought from a professional seller. Where local law allows a shorter agreed period for second-hand goods, it must be clearly stated before purchase and must not be less than one year. Any commercial warranty is additional and does not replace statutory rights.
Product safety
Products must be safe for normal use. If we become aware of a safety issue, recall, or serious product risk, we may contact affected customers, stop sales, request returns, provide safety information, or cooperate with authorities and marketplace/supplier partners.
Complaints and support
Contact trade@eurorefurb.com with your order number, product details, evidence, and a clear description. We will review the case and respond with next steps. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU or Dutch law.
